Dear friends,
The first half of 2025 has been nothing short of exceptional. I’m proud to share that we’ve reached an all-time high order backlog – an achievement driven by a record-breaking order intake this spring. In just over five months, we’ve already secured more orders than in the full year of 2024.
What makes this even more rewarding is the balance we’ve achieved across our customer portfolio and product lines. While marine continues to lead the way, we’ve also maintained strong momentum with our renewables and industry customers. Both of our product lines are contributing meaningfully, reinforcing the strength and resilience of our strategy.
A heartfelt thank you to our customers for your continued trust and collaboration. Your confidence in our technology and people drives us forward every day. Let’s keep this momentum going.
Although the global trade war is causing uncertainty across all industries, I can assure you that The Switch is working hard to secure all deliveries.
Lastly, I would also like to thank our entire team – your dedication, agility and commitment have made this success possible. Now is the time to stay focused, deliver with excellence and continue building value together with our customers.
Wishing you all a great summertime!

As the premier global arena for maritime excellence, Nor-Shipping 2025 brought together industry leaders from across the world on June 2–6 in Oslo. The event’s focus was to share knowledge, debate and showcase innovation.
When we talk about building more resilient ships, the conversation usually revolves around fuel flexibility, smart energy management and robust control systems. But another layer of resilience at the very core of onboard power conversion often gets overlooked — effective thermal design.

Did you know that about 90% of global trade is transported by marine shipping? And shipping is statistically “the least environmentally damaging mode of transport when its productive value is taken into consideration,” according to the International Maritime Organization (IMO). But even the least environmentally damaging mode of transport can be made more sustainable.
