On June 5, The Switch participated in the Energy House Day 2024 in Stord, Norway, an event for invited decision-makers in the ocean space.
At the event, visitors had the chance to hear from companies pioneering future fuels, hydrogen production and sustainable energy solutions. About 150 guests attended, including representatives from governmental institutions and the Norwegian Government.
Even Tronstad Sagebakken, State Secretary for the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries, delivered a speech on the importance of green solutions in the maritime industry. From The Switch, Asbjørn Halsebakke, Senior Manager Marine Concepts, spoke about the company’s new owners, BEMAC and Mitsui, and highlighted its game-changing green technologies.
The Energy House Day was a great opportunity for The Switch to showcase its products, discuss company strategies and engage with new and existing customers. The company received a lot of positive feedback from visitors.
In addition to scheduling several meetings after the show, requests for quotes and more information were also received.
